2. Under LONG FORM BREAKDOWN or SHORT FORM BREAKDOWN, click inside the EXPORT TO EXCEL tickbox.

3. Tap PREVIEW.

4. A preview of the .csv file will show.

To send it via eamil, tap the arrow button.

5. Tap here.

6. Enter recipients email addresses. Click send.

EXPORT TO .CSV AND SEND VIA EMAIL WITHOUT PREVIEWING

7. Tap here.

8. Under LONG FORM BREAKDOWN or SHORT FORM BREAKDOWN, click inside the EXPORT TO EXCEL tickbox.

9. Tap EMAIL.

10. Enter recipients email addresses. Click send.
