ScriptE for Mac: Reset ScriptE User Account Password

This guide will walk you through resetting your ScriptE User Account Password on a Mac.

Currently (August 2024) it is not possible to set a new password yourself, so the temporary password that you recieve when you reset the password, is the password you need to use until further notice.

CREATE A TEMPORARY PASSWORD

1. Click "ScriptE S"

2. Click the arrow next to FORGOT MY PASSWORD.

3. Type in the answer to your secret hint question. Note that the secret hint might not be an actual question.

Click PROCEED.

4. If you registered your phone number, look for a text with a temporary password. If not, please check your email.

Click "OK"

5. Check your email for a mail from SCHEDULE SYSTEM titled SSSchedule Password Reset

6. Type in the new password here.

7. Click "Log In"

8. Click "OK"
